All our work is based on the Duroc breed of pig. Careful control of the genetic stock, together with our determination as a business to offer the market something different, something exclusive of the highest quality, led us to create Duroc Artysan pork.

All our pigs enjoy a natural diet made from plant materials which adapts to the growth cycle of the animals and gives them a more complete and controlled diet.
